I don't know any natural cures, buy my sister used to use unflavored geletin powder. She said it works. Maybe, maybe not. I have my doubts. If I remember right, she'd dissolve about a half a pack in water, then drink. Urban myth? Who knows? Don't know about GNC Womens Ultra Mega vitamins and it has really really helped my nails!! I also feel soo much better!!
